Ferran Adrià

I was recently asked to take a very quick shot of gastronomic mastermind and head chef of El Bulli Ferran Adrià for One Aldwych Hotel in London. Mr Adrià is pictured with the hotel’s head chef, Dominic Teague. This was a good initiation into 15-second photo shoots!
